Accommodation management, in one place

Piconex gives college disability services offices one system for intake, documentation, meetings, accommodations, faculty letters, and exam scheduling — instead of email threads, drop-offs, and scattered records.

How a term works

  1. Student requests support

Online intake in the student portal, or staff open a case manually.

  2. Staff review

Approve or deny intake, assign the case, add flags and notes, and request documentation.

  3. Meet and document

Schedule meetings, collect uploads from students, and mark documentation requests complete.

  4. Approve accommodations

Link disabilities to the case and approve accommodations from your office catalog.

  5. Letters and exams

Deliver accommodation letters to instructors by course, and schedule accommodated exams from the same case.

  6. Everyone stays current

Students see case status, letters, and exams in their portal. Faculty view and acknowledge letters for their sections.

How we work with you

Piconex is built in close partnership with a university disability services office in eastern Pennsylvania — and we work the same way with every office we take on.

Built around your office

We shape Piconex to how you actually run a term — intake, meetings, letters, testing — instead of asking you to fit someone else's idea of the work. Features come from watching real offices, not a generic market.

You talk to the person who builds it

No ticket queue, no support tiers. When something needs to change, you're talking directly to the people who write the software — and you'll see it through.

A few partners, on purpose

We work with a small number of founding-partner offices, so each one gets real attention — and a real say in where the product goes next.

See it on your office's terms

We work directly with disability services directors and coordinators. Reach out and we'll walk through your current process together.
